Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Adept Training Center, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair as possible to both our participants and our organization. This policy applies to all our instructor-led training courses.
1. Cancellation by Participant
To receive a refund, you must provide a written cancellation request via email to [Your Support Email]. Refunds will be processed based on the time of cancellation:
- More than 14 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee, minus any transaction fees.
- Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee. Alternatively, you may request a one-time transfer to a future session of the same course at no additional cost.
- Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued. This is because we have already confirmed resources, materials, and instructor schedules based on your registration.
2. Course Cancellation by Adept Training Center
Adept Training Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In the event that we cancel a course:
- We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible.
- You will be offered the choice of either a 100% full refund of your registration fee or a free transfer to a future session of the same course.
Adept Training Center is not liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation costs.
3. No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their registered course without prior written notification will not be eligible for any refund or transfer.
Code of Conduct
1. Our Pledge
Adept Training Center is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants, instructors, or staff in any form.
2. Expected Behavior
To ensure a positive and productive environment, all participants are expected to:
- Be professional, considerate, and respectful in all communications and interactions.
- Engage in constructive collaboration and be open to different viewpoints.
- Respect the intellectual property of instructors and fellow participants.
- Adhere to the rules and guidelines of the training platform and sessions.
3. Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal or written comments that are offensive, demeaning, or related to personal characteristics.
- Disruption of training sessions or ongoing and repeated interruptions.
- Posting or sharing of inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Plagiarism or unauthorized distribution of course materials.
4. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, Adept Training Center may take any action we deem appropriate, up to and including a warning, expulsion from the course without a refund, and a ban from future training programs.
